The process I went through felt long, slow, and needlessly repetitive from the start, with too many phone screens and long stretches where I didn’t feel like my time was being respected.

Overall, it carried that sense of dragging on without real momentum.

What stood out most was a “case study” that didn’t feel like a normal exercise—it turned into a heavy sales-style deliverable. I had to prepare a talk track voice recording, write an essay, and build a slide deck, and I had to complete all of that before I was even considered for the onsite interviews.

Honestly, the number of hoops and the level of effort required felt excessive for what ultimately seemed like the goal of getting an interview. The whole journey left me feeling like the process valued the performance
