The process started with a recruiter stage, then moved quickly into a heavier role-playing setup.

I prepared for an assignment that broke down into a short intro, a longer role play portion, and then time at the end for questions. There was also a 1:1 sync with the hiring manager so we could align on what I was going to do, before I actually had to perform.

What surprised me was how panel-like the presentation felt. My final presentation ended up being delivered to a group of four, including senior leadership from across functions—head-level roles in sales/marketing plus the hiring manager—where the session centered on both presenting and getting reactions from multiple perspectives.
