My experience started with a call that was mostly behavioral questions plus a short coding problem.

After that, I tried to schedule the next steps, but communication fell apart—despite follow-ups, I didn’t hear back.

The frustrating part wasn’t the content of the interview itself, it was the silence after I completed the round. It felt like there was a gap between recruiting and engineering on who owned scheduling and logistics.

I never got the process to move forward cleanly from there, and that lack of responsiveness left me with a sour impression overall. Even with a decent start, the breakdown in communication made it hard to stay engaged.
