Austin, TXPosted May 2017 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had an overall smooth interview journey for the Account Executive role, with frequent communication and a clear sequence of rounds that tested my fit across multiple levels.

Recruiter screen (phone) — an HR/recruiter set expectations and guided me through the process.
Manager call — next came a conversation with a manager.
Team interviews (in-person or panel) — I met multiple people on the team, followed by the manager.
Final senior leader round — a final discussion with a senior member of Box.
Presentation element — the process also included a presentation component as part of how they let me demonstrate unique strengths. Outcome: I didn’t get the offer, but the experience felt organized, fast, and well-coordinated.
