I went through a fairly classic, sales-focused AE process over several virtual rounds, leaning heavily on role readiness and fit.

Recruiter screen — A qualifying call to align on the AE role, my background, and how Box’s products map to end-user value.
Hiring manager interview — A conversation focused on outbound/enterprise sales track record and industry/product knowledge.
Team/peer interviews — Multiple additional interviews covering basic sales questions and culture/fit; interviewers were generally kind and transparent.
Panel/presentation round — I prepared a sales-style presentation (often a territory plan/deal review or Box-focused pitch) and walked through approach and thinking.
