Bounteous Backend Engineer interview experience

The tone felt smooth, and the discussions stayed technical from the start.

They focused heavily on Drupal fundamentals—especially how I’d worked with custom modules and how I’d approached things like caching, plugins, and blocks. We also talked about contrib modules and the practical side of where UI elements like blocks get placed, so it wasn’t just theory. Overall it felt like they were checking whether I could think through real Drupal implementation details.
