Bounteous Software Engineer interview experience

I was contacted by the hiring manager because I’d posted a resume on a job site, and then I scheduled an hour-long technical interview with an HS2 developer. I shared examples of work I’d done using the technology they needed, so it was practical rather than abstract.

There were also separate conversations focused on culture and fit, including another developer and even an owner. People were available for questions and seemed genuinely interested in my perspective as I asked about how things worked.

After the interview rounds, I negotiated terms with the hiring manager and joined HS2.
