Boston University Research Analyst interview experience

There weren’t many rounds, and each meeting was about an hour with a fairly straightforward Q&A style. At every step it felt pretty clear what was happening and what the next checkpoint would be.

I then had an in-person interview where we talked through my core competencies. The whole point was to understand which ongoing research project I’d realistically fit based on my profile and skills. Overall it felt smooth and unambiguous rather than drawn-out or heavily scripted, and it was the kind of process where the conversations stayed anchored to my background and fit.
