My process had three rounds, and it stayed relaxed the whole way.

One of the rounds included an HR panel with a manager, and the tone was more about getting to know me than putting me on the spot. They asked about my background, my understanding of the industry, and questions connected to my resume.

Even though there were multiple rounds, the structure felt easy to navigate. The focus stayed on fit and conversation, and I only got one technical question throughout the whole flow. Afterward, I got the clear sense they were trying to understand how I thought and whether my experience matched what they needed, not just whether I could answer technical trivia.
