Bosch Systems Engineer interview experience

I didn’t go through an HR interview at all—there was just a single round directly with my department direct leader.

The conversation centered on my job-description fit and general topics connected to what the role required. It felt like a straight shot at assessing alignment rather than a multi-stage screening.

I didn’t get an offer, but the process itself was simple and condensed, and that made it easier to understand what they cared about from the start.
