For me, interviews leaned toward behavioral and fundamentals, with at most simple coding/quick checks and no heavy algorithm-style testing.

Recruiter screen (phone/initial) — A short call to cover my background and then align on the next steps.
Technical/business call with recruiter/manager — I discussed past projects and familiarity with tools and processes like agile, git, and CI/CD.
Light coding or quick practical check — In one experience, there was a simple coding prompt alongside behavioral questions.
Team knowledge interview — Another time, the technical portion focused on explaining my experience with multiple programming languages rather than deep algorithm questions. Outcome: No offer
