Booking.com Software Engineer interview experience

There was a leetcode-style set of two questions plus two multiple-choice items, all in about 1.30 hours. I’d describe the difficulty as average—it wasn’t extremely hard. Even though the overall hiring process felt fast, I still got rejected, which was disappointing because the assessment didn’t feel brutal. The contrast between “easy-ish” and “rejected” made it confusing for me.
