My early stage started with an HR intro call where they walked me through what to expect after I applied, and that happened within about a week.

Once I cleared that manager-level technical round, HR would then follow up about salary and the possibility of an offer.

The whole thing felt fairly clean and predictable—less like a maze and more like a staged funnel. I didn’t end up with a role offer, but the experience was straightforward enough that I could follow the timeline and understand where things stood.

Looking back, what I appreciated was the structure: an HR check-in, then a manager conversation, then HR for compensation details. The process didn’t feel stressful in the way other hiring timelines can.
