I went through a one-day, all-around assessment, and honestly I didn’t expect an offer letter even after speaking with HR.

My HR contact was extremely unpleasant, and the communication felt misleading from the start—he told me I would get an offer within a week.

When I followed up, the response was just more promises about an imminent offer. That dragged out for about a month, and then I received an email saying my candidacy wasn’t considered suitable for the role. The whole thing left me feeling like the company wasn’t being genuine about timelines, and the outcome was disappointing.

In the end, I didn’t get an offer, and what stuck with me most was how the process was managed rather than the assessment itself.
