The whole process for me took about a month, and it was organized around several conversations with HR and managers in English.

I didn’t do any coding test at all, which surprised me a bit, but it made the interviews feel lighter and more about assessing fit and core competence through discussion.

In my case, the sequence included an HR step where I was kept informed by email, then a manager call that lasted about twenty minutes, and afterward a validation/competency conversation and a meeting with the team. It felt like they were steadily moving from logistics to deeper confirmation of skills and communication, and the pacing was calm. I didn’t end up with an offer, but I appreciated the clarity and communication
