My process was clear and drawn out, and HR seemed to keep checking that everything was going smoothly.

There were many meetings, including on-site sessions, and it was one of those experiences where it felt like I should be prepared to be there for a long time.

They provided transportation to the location and also covered food and drinks during the time on-site, which made the logistics easier. Even with that support, the length and number of touchpoints made it feel intense.

In the end, I didn’t receive an offer. What stuck with me most was the sheer amount of time and coordination—mentally it felt like more endurance than sprinting through a couple of rounds.
