I had a very easy recruiting-led process with three interviews, but the timing and one interview’s professionalism made the overall journey feel uneasy.

Recruiter screen — recruiter contacted me after applying on LinkedIn to verify details and discuss the role.
Hiring manager interview (limited technical) — mostly handled casually; the focus wasn’t strong and the session felt unprofessional.
Director + VP interviews — later interviews were described as more professional and polite, with a gap of about two weeks between the 2nd and 3rd.
Outcome: No offer; despite the later formality, the inconsistent first interview and long wait reduced my confidence in the process.
