I went through an extended interview journey across multiple rounds that felt inconsistent in follow-through—sometimes friendly and structured, but often ending with delays or no offer/ghosting.

HR phone screen — intro and role/salary alignment, followed by scheduling next steps.
Senior management interviews — multiple one-on-one rounds reviewing experience and fit.
Technical rounds — coding and logic reasoning, including multiple technical screens and/or onsite testing.
Managerial/behavior round — conversations about how I work and practical knowledge.
Document collection + post-round silence — multiple experiences where payslips/CTC were collected and then offers were never finalized or communication stopped.
Outcome: No offer; the repeated
