I had a short, recruiter-led sequence that sounded straightforward on paper but ended with poor communication and a negative result.

Recruiter scheduling call — the recruiter scheduled an interview quickly (next day) and asked for documents.
Compensation discussion — after clearing that initial round, there was a brief conversation about compensation.
No feedback / negative experience — there was a long pause without updates, and I ultimately received negative feedback. Outcome: I didn’t get the offer, and the main takeaway was that the experience felt disorganized from a communication standpoint despite being easy to reach.
