I interviewed for a software role and faced a Saturday-to-weekday sequence that combined timed Java/OOP concepts with hands-on coding and design-style questions.

Online test (before face-to-face) — 90-minute timed questions using a code snippet to determine outputs, plus a practical fuel-consumption problem; objective-style with constraints.
Onsite: face-to-face technical round — OOP topics including interfaces vs abstract classes, checked vs unchecked exceptions, equals/hashCode contract; then a heap insertion program question and a logistics-style optimization problem about minimizing containers. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, and the overall difficulty felt average with a strong emphasis on Java fundamentals and applied logic.
