I had a difficult, project-driven technical process covering SQL and J2EE details, with questions strongly tied to how I built things.

Technical + HR structure — two technical rounds followed by one HR round.
Project-led technical questioning — most questions revolved around my projects: how they were implemented, with SQL and core Java, plus J2EE/JSP elements.
Idea/architecture prompts — additional questions included broader ideas and technical reasoning tied to my experience. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and the takeaway was that my actual project implementation details were heavily scrutinized.
