Waukesha, WIPosted Feb 2015 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a fairly easy and friendly multi-phase process that included pair interviews and a written test, where time management helped.

Recruiter screen — I received a call from a recruiter and then moved into the full process.
Written test — an easy written component where managing time was the main factor.
Pair interviews (x3) — three pair interview sessions focused on having strong technical skills and relevant experience with tools. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, but the takeaway was that the process felt straightforward and even fun due to supportive interviewers.
