IndiaPosted Jun 2019 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for Software Engineer and found the journey mostly approachable—generally basic technical checks plus a light technical assessment, with a smooth, professional tone.

Recruiter screen / phone screen — I talked through my resume/qualifications and why I fit the role.
Technical round (engineer-led) — I answered basic OOP and logical reasoning questions, with some focus on core data structures.
Final round (online or on-site + basic assessment) — I had a very basic assessment; in one similar flow, a time-boxed segment was given and didn’t need to run long. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer; the takeaway is that while the questions were simpler, finishing confidently in the final assessment mattered.
