I went through a longer, multi-step software engineer interview at Blue Yonder with several leadership stages over a few weeks.

Phone screen — an initial telephonic interview to discuss my background and fit.
Onsite: technical interview — two in-person rounds with a technical interviewer.
Manager round — discussion with a manager focused on my experience.
Senior manager round — another leadership conversation.
Director round — further leadership stage.
HR round (phone) — an HR discussion via phone. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, but the process mainly felt structured and stepwise; the timeline and next steps were communicated only after accepting an offer.
