Kent, WAPosted Nov 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a three-hour interview that felt like a full session rather than a quick screen.

About an hour of it was me presenting to a panel of four people about my past work and experiences. After that, each panelist took about half an hour for their own segment.

During those individual blocks, they asked a few common behavioral questions, then pushed into opinion-based questions using a case study. The difficulty felt difficult because it required both structured storytelling and genuine reasoning on the spot. I didn’t get an offer, and I left feeling like I’d participated fully in a heavy assessment rather than a simple conversation.
