Kent, WAPosted Jun 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through three phases: a recruiter screen, a technical peer conversation, and then a longer round-table style final stage with follow-ups.

The last phase was the one that really stood out—it stretched into a three-hour process.

During that final round I started with a pitching-style session where I spoke to the group and answered questions. After that, I went into separate panelist sessions, which felt like smaller, more focused conversations layered on top of the broader group discussion.

Overall it felt difficult, and I didn’t receive an offer. What stuck with me was how much time they spent structured around the group dynamics, not just one technical Q&A.
