My interview felt pretty straightforward and focused on communication more than gotchas.

I started with a recruiter screen, then moved into an interview with the hiring manager, and later I had a technical presentation to a panel. After the panel, there were one-on-ones with panel members, which made it feel like they wanted both my talk and my back-and-forth.

People felt genuinely pleasant and the interviewer did a good job making me comfortable. Even so, the presentation wasn’t something I could gloss over—it set the tone for follow-up questions, and that technical portion carried the weight.

The overall process took around a few weeks, and everyone I spoke with was friendly.
