I applied and ended up in a virtual process where I recorded my answers and submitted them.

It felt like a quick gatekeeping step rather than a full conversation, with around seven questions total. The questions were basically about me and how I thought about the role, just asked in a way that made it easy to answer but hard to build any real rapport.

After I turned everything in, I didn’t get pulled into the next round. Even though it was straightforward and not stressful, the lack of a live conversation and the short format made it feel pretty one-sided from the start. The whole thing didn’t take long, but it also didn’t end the way I hoped.
