My process felt smooth overall.

After an initial online technical screen, I had a hiring manager round that gave me a real sense of how the team worked and what they were building toward. Then during the virtual onsite, I appreciated that one round was specifically a demo of the team’s application—it helped me map the interview conversation to actual projects rather than staying abstract.

The system design round was the most conversational part of the whole process. It flowed in a way that felt fluid compared to other places I’d interviewed, and the rest of the rounds stayed fairly standard for a software engineer
