My journey started with recorded video questions via HireVue.

Before each prompt, I got a short preparation window and then a tight time limit to answer. The questions mixed behavioral themes with situational and also had commercial awareness elements, including prompts that pulled in economic news and how it could impact clients and the broader system they work within. It made the process feel like they expected me to be current, not just articulate.

After the video stage, I progressed to live interviews that kept the same structure: a mix of behavioral questions and role-relevant discussion, with the interviewers staying direct and straightforward.
