I went through an interview with a software engineer from the Aladdin Engineering team.

He started by introducing himself and the team, then asked me to introduce myself too. From there, the interview turned into a friendly back-and-forth where we covered a set of seven questions total: the first five were behavioral, and the last two were scenario questions.

The interviewer was genuinely nice and made it feel conversational. When I answered, he followed up with a few simple questions to understand my reasoning, not just to check whether I had the “right” answer. Overall it felt like talking with a friend more than like an interrogation.
