Blackbaud Solutions Engineer interview experience

Everyone I spoke with was genuinely kind and thoughtful, and the questions felt well-aligned with the job.

The conversations weren’t dominated by coding. A lot of it was open-ended—talking through my personality and experience, and then getting into discussions with multiple hiring managers. After that, I had a short HR interview that focused mostly on expectations like salary and how I preferred the work environment.

The process felt organized and respectful throughout, but I didn’t receive an offer.
