My loop was fairly direct.

I started with a phone interview, then took an online IQ test. After that, I came into the office for the main interview and did a day of shadowing other team members.

The shadowing day felt like the clearest way to see what the day-to-day actually looked like, and it also made the process feel more grounded than just discussing expectations. I ultimately received an offer.

Overall, it felt like a standard sequence with a practical component, and the outcome meant the process did what it needed to do.
