I interviewed through an on-campus hour format.

The first half was with two recruiters and leaned heavily behavioral, with a handful of logical questions to fill out the time. The second half switched gears completely and went technical.

For the technical segment, I had to read a piece of code and explain how I would improve it. It was the kind of prompt where you either spot the issues quickly or you struggle, and I could feel that right away. Even with that pressure, the people I met were very nice and the overall tone wasn’t stressful.

I left feeling like I’d demonstrated what I knew, but I didn’t get an offer afterward.
