I interviewed for Software Engineer and experienced a fairly average-to-scenario-based, video/online style journey over roughly a month or less, though the outcome leaned negative due to process and communication issues.

Video interview round 1 (intro) — an introduction-style start.
Video interview round 2 (technical scenario-based) — scenario questions; keeping up with recent trends was treated as a plus in at least one round.
Video interview round 3 (HR) — HR discussion as the final step.
Alternate online path (HR + one coding/technical) — in other cases I saw an online process with an intro/screening feel, then a coding round and an HR round, sometimes with project walkthroughs.
Outcome: I didn’t move forward (no offer), and my takeaway was that interviewer tone and follow-up
