I had a shorter technical journey that was mostly just technical interviews.

There were two technical rounds, and the first one felt like it was based heavily on the skills listed on my resume.

What confused me was that, even though the role was meant for a particular background, the interviewer didn’t seem fully clear about what they were looking for in that specific track. The second technical round followed, but overall it didn’t have the crisp alignment I was expecting.

I wasn’t selected, and the main thing I took away was that the process felt a bit inconsistent in terms of expectations, which made it harder to present the right story for what they wanted.
