I did the full set of rounds online: aptitude, then group discussion, then technical, then managerial, then HR.

On paper it sounded like a normal sequence, but the experience felt genuinely unprofessional.

The biggest issue for me was that rejected people weren’t informed about their status. The group discussion and the technical rounds also felt messy rather than structured, and it threw off my confidence because I couldn’t tell what standard they were evaluating against.

By the time it ended, I knew I didn’t get selected, but what stayed with me was the lack of transparency and the overall disorganized feel, not the specifics of any one question.
