I went through a relatively compact interview sequence: telephonic first, then face-to-face rounds, and finally HR and managerial discussion.

In the first phone round, the questions focused on basic understanding of my skill set.

On the in-person side, I had specific tasks and tests that were more targeted, and then I met with HR. After that, there was a managerial round conducted face-to-face with management. Compared to longer processes, it felt more direct—each step clearly narrowed what they wanted to validate.

I ended up receiving an offer. What I remember most is how the flow moved in a straight line from basics to more specific evaluation, which made the whole thing feel focused even though it was still challenging.
