My interview was virtual, but it didn’t feel smooth at all.

I didn’t get clear information about results after each stage, and the difficulty seemed to vary depending on which interviewer I got assigned.

During the technical part, I was asked to code in a notepad, and the interviewer didn’t seem to understand the syntax of C++. They kept pushing back that the logic wasn’t correct even as I tried to explain what I was doing, and it became repetitive rather than productive.

By the end, I wasn’t selected. Looking back, the experience left me with the sense that the evaluation wasn’t grounded enough in the actual technical language of the task.
