My interviews ran on a slow, fairly deliberate timeline that matched how I like to do things.

I started with a recruiter interview, then moved to a manager conversation. After that came a technical interview, and the last step was more of a personality-focused discussion.

What stood out was that even though there was some urgency around finding someone to fill the role, they still made space for the time I needed between stages rather than rushing everything back-to-back. Each round felt like a distinct checkpoint: first understanding my background and fit, then drilling into technical ability, and finally validating the day-to-day working style through a more interpersonal lens.
