I hit a snag that wasn’t really about my performance.

I wasn’t able to access the second interview because the position showed as deactivated. I tried to sort it out by reaching out to the company, and I was told there was no availability for the role.

That created a mismatch between the recruiter scheduling me and what the job posting system showed later. It felt like there was miscommunication somewhere in the chain.

I never made it to the second interview stage, so I didn’t get an offer. The frustrating part was that it wasn’t tied to the usual interview evaluation—it was basically an access and availability issue that stalled everything.
