I had a couple of phone interviews with the recruiter, and then a few days later I was invited for a case review at the company’s office in Chennai.

The final phase was another phone interview, this time with the domain lead, specifically to discuss the case review.

The part that dragged was the waiting—almost a month passed before I reached the final stage. Even though the interview steps themselves were clear, the long gap made the process feel slow and hard to stay mentally engaged with.

I received an offer, but honestly the best part was how the case review was actually followed up with a domain-lead discussion. The long delay was the most frustrating element of the whole journey for me.
