Bell Software Engineer interview experience

Got offer

Positive

CanadaPosted Nov 2019 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My experience wasn’t defined by the mechanics of multiple rounds, but by the overall impression of the role environment.

I remember thinking it could be a good fit for a dynamic entry-level setting—something more creative than rigid—where turnover might mean people are constantly evolving rather than stagnating. The interview left me with a generalized sense of what the company offered in terms of office perks like coffee and snacks, along with broader benefits.

I didn’t receive an offer, and my reflection was more about fit and workplace culture than about specific technical feedback.
