Christchurch, CanterburyPosted Sep 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I got scheduled to interview with two teams, and the plan changed in a way that threw me off.

I was told the first interviewer wasn’t in the city, so my interview would be combined with the second one.

When I arrived expecting it to be consolidated, it wasn’t actually combined. I couldn’t get anyone to explain what had happened or clarify the revised schedule, and that made the whole process feel incomplete and confusing.

The interview experience itself ended up being frustrating more because of coordination than because of the questions. I didn’t receive an offer, and what I carried away was that the communication around the process wasn’t reliable.
