My recruitment path felt organized around a practice-style loop: first I got pulled into an event-like session focused on a specific practice area, and I could tell they were evaluating both how I talked and how I handled structured problems.

The first part was a presentation of the practice by an associate and several managers, with them describing the kind of missions they were doing at the time. Then I went through a more classical HR interview where they reviewed my CV and asked about my personal and professional experience.
