I went into Beaconfire expecting a full-stack fit, but the process quickly became more like a Java/OOP-focused interview with a training-pipeline context.

Recruiter/phone screening — I passed a first screen and then continued into an assessment.
Online assessment (OA) — I completed the online part and moved forward.
Technical interview — The interviewer asked very specific OOP fundamentals and Java short-answer style questions, with a guide provided; the interview ended early after a mismatch in communication. Outcome: I did not move forward; even with preparation materials, the technical interview atmosphere felt tense for me.
