After applying, my process moved pretty quickly into a telephonic screen and then a face-to-face sequence.

The whole thing felt structured into three rounds: technical, personal, and HR. Once those were done, they asked about my expectations from the company and also about salary, which quickly turned into what felt like a negotiation conversation.

I remember the final parts because it wasn’t just “what numbers are you looking for?”—they were actively working toward what they wanted to offer. My experience ended without an offer, even though I felt like I handled the questions well. Overall, the tone was professional, but the salary back-and-forth was the part that stood out the most.
