BDO Auditor interview experience

I interacted with staff and managers and, unusually, the format included lunch, which made the whole experience feel less like a test and more like a real workplace check.

The questions were heavily behavioral and motivational. I had to explain why I was interested in auditing, how my experiences connected to the work, and I was asked to speak in a structured way using STAR-style storytelling. There was also a push to talk about values—what part of the firm’s approach actually resonated with me—so I had to be ready to go beyond “I like auditing.”
