I started with an online recruiter-facing check-in where they walked me through the job description and talked about possible locations/branches if I got accepted.

A key detail was that the whole thing was online, so I made sure my internet was stable so I wouldn’t get cut off.

After that initial call, my next step was an HR conversation that still felt pretty warm and straightforward. The HR officer I spoke with was approachable, and the flow was mostly about getting a clear picture of me—my background and what I was motivated to do for the role. I also remember the discussion taking around half an hour, with a mix of personal, behavioral questions, and why I wanted the position.

Overall, it felt professional and welcoming rather than intimidating.
