Fresno, CAPosted Aug 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I joined a big, upbeat group interview that felt more like a welcoming conversation than a hard screening.

It was easy to jump in and speak up, and the tone was positive from the start, like they genuinely wanted to hear my thoughts instead of watching for perfection.

They asked very basic questions tied to the product and my interests—things like what I liked about the fragrances or lotions and why I wanted to work there. They also did a sales-focused prompt where they wanted me to demonstrate how I’d sell, which instantly made it feel more practical than typical interview questions.

Because the atmosphere was friendly and there weren’t any “gotcha” moments, the process felt very easy overall.
